Schools etc. should be represented as known object types

Additional objects such as in Paragraph 6.6 in the Spec? I would not be very happy about that because the we have to find name for "everything" in the world (poles, street lamps, postboxes, hydrants, fences, phone boxes, ... not mention all building types!)

My question again is: What should be achieved with that? A possibility to describe the environment beyond the curb stone?
[In OSM] each feature is described with tags. A tag consists of a key and a value, e.g. highway=residential. In most cases tagging follows guidelines to describe defined features, but in general tagging is [optional] and therefore good and easy for crowd sourcing [but is still error-prone].
